| HOW TO REACH US |
Whether you come to Venice by car, train or air, the Hotel Carlton and Grand Canal is close to your arrival point because it is located in a strategic position as regards parking at Tronchetto and Piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia station and the public transport and water taxi landings. Do not hesitate to use our private landing, conveniently located in front of the hotel entrance on the Grand Canal.
By plane
From "Marco Polo" Venice airport there are two ways of reaching the hotel:
- by private water taxi, you will reach the hotel directly
- by taking the "Venezia Air Terminal" direct bus service, you will reach Piazzale Roma in twenty minutes. From there, the hotel can be easily reached on foot in just 3 minutes by following the fondamenta which runs along the side of the Grand Canal.
By train
Leave the station and you will see the hotel immediately overlooking the Grand Canal: cross the Scalzi Bridge and you will reach the hotel in just 3 minutes.
By car
If you come to Venice by car, you can park in one of the numerous car parks in Piazzale Roma, the car terminal, from where the hotel can be easily reached on foot by following the fondamenta which runs alongside the Grand Canal. |
